    Key Responsibilities

    • Handling of all post disbursements documents such as Booking Orders, Vehicle Release Letters, Authority to Drive, Registration Form F, & E. T. O. (vehicle transfer order) Form, and Letter to Excise
    • Tag the Certificate of Musharika encashment of matured/ premature for processing in AIB after check the application, signature specimen /authorised signature on Board Resolution
    • Vault Management
    • Vehicle Maturity (settlement) /Termination / NOC/Sale Invoice /Removal of Lien (HPA) letters / Transfer Letters processing
    • Tag the termination of existing contracts after the fund confirmation by finance
    • Monthly reporting of Insurance and Excise files

    • Qualifications:

    Key Responsibilities

    • To develop new business and assist Director Client Relationships Pakistan in developing new profitable business relationships. Customers comprise of MNCs, Local Corporates and ME/SME/Commercial clients.

    • Credit Risk Review. Ensuring timely submission of credit reviews/ BCAs and full compliance with policy guidelines for the relevant portfolio.
    • Monitoring of asset risk, monthly / quarterly repayments and documentation discrepancies for the relevant portfolio.
    • Identify and develop cross-functional business opportunities.

  • Associate Director- Client Relationships South

    Associate Director- Client Relationships South

    Key Responsibilities

    • Establishing, developing and maintaining a portfolio of OLPM clients within business unit’s target market, ensuring that new relationships or ongoing requirements of existing clients carry maximum revenue within acceptable risk profile requirements. Market to existing and potential clients the full complement of products and services offered by the Modaraba.
    • Prospecting HNW individuals and cash rich organizations to generate COMs.
    • Conduct detailed financial analysis of the client accounts and develop proposals within defined procedures that meet the client needs. Further adopt appropriate relationship management strategies to protect the Modaraba’s interests at all times, e.g., avoid potential default, and to meet the clients' expectations of the relationship.
    • Ensure timely submission of credit areviews / BCAs & CDDs and full compliance with internal, group & regulatory guidelines.
    • Ensuring portfolio compliance with Internal Audit’s observations and recommendations.
    • Ensure that all related administrative functions of the unit, most importantly file maintenance, regular asset inspections, risk trigger & covenant monitoring, call reports, periodic updates on financial performance of borrowers, are performed meticulously by the relevant RMs/ARMs with an aim to be prepared for audit at all times.
    • Assist Client Relationships team in all administrative tasks within CR Team.
    • Contribute to the accomplishment of satisfactory audit rating for CR via adopting a diligent approach for all the responsibilities / tasks. In that ensuring that portfolio review/audit results in good ratings and nothing negative is highlighted in portfolio of South region.
    • Develop and foster close working relationships with existing internal & external customers.
    • Ensure that RMs/ARMs are proactively processing BCAs, CDDs, customers’ request for lease documentations, terminations, lease maturity, authority letters, NOC’s, balance confirmation, etc.
    • To contribute towards maximizing the profitability of the organization through rationalization of the portfolio in terms of business parked under a certain product.
    • Follow-up on past dues through client call & telephonic contacts.
    • Enhance market perception of OLPM as a key player as well as an employer with long term growth potential.
    • Adhere to Sales Management process and improve market penetration, track own performance and sharpen client service quality.

    • Qualifications:

      • Business or accounting related degree.
      • Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in handling Corporate / Commercial client in FIs
      • Sound understanding of lease structuring and Islamic financial products.
      • Good Credit appraisal and marketing skills, with the ability to interpret financial information.
      • A good understanding of the general, economic, political and business environment.
      • Good communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.

    Assistant Manager, Legal & Documentation

    Key Responsibilities

    As the Asst. Manager, you will provide guidance and approvals on critical legal and documentation matters, including:

    • Documentation Management: Preparation of documents for HFDM/Diminishing Musharakah & IJARAH, and Personal Guarantees (PGs).
    • Regulatory & Compliance: Validation of SECP Charge Documents & Search Reports, and letter drafting to regulatory authorities (SECP, NAB, FIA, SBP).
    • System & Data Control: Updating Auto soft I-Banker (AIB) data for various asset details (Property, Vehicle, etc.), and managing vault records.
    • Legal Counsel & Litigation: Providing legal counsel for internal work, coordinating with external panel lawyers, and representing the Modaraba in litigation/suit file cases.
    • Transaction Processing: Processing Ijarah/DM terminations and settlements in the system, and evaluating termination values.

    • Skills & Qualifications:

      • Education: Bachelors in Law (a Master's is a plus).
      • Experience: 7-8 years of experience in legal matters.
      • Certification: Must be an Enrolled Advocate.
      • Expert Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Company Laws, Civil Laws, and legal drafting.
      • Core Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
