Mr. Shaheen Amin has over four decades of experience in leasing, finance, investment management, and corporate leadership across Pakistan, the Middle East, and North Africa. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of OLP Financial Services Pakistan Limited and is also Managing Director of Yanal Finance Company, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Advisor to ORIX Corporation, Japan. Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Amin has held several senior leadership positions within the ORIX Group, including founding CEO roles at Yanal Finance Company and Oman ORIX Leasing Company. He has also served on the boards of various financial institutions across the GCC region. Mr. Amin holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, an Executive MS in Risk Management from New York University, and a Diploma in Accountancy from Metropolitan University, London.

Has over 28 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Credit Risk Management, Business Development, and Marketing. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions in leading financial institutions, including OLP Financial Services Pakistan Limited, Trust Investment Bank Limited, and SAMBA Bank Limited. Mr. Khwaja possesses extensive expertise in portfolio management, credit administration, relationship management, and strategic business planning. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration, University of the Punjab, and Diploma in Business Management from LUMS. He has attended various leadership, marketing, and management development programs in Pakistan and abroad.

Mr. Ramon Alfrey has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors in May 2020 and he currently holds the office of Deputy Chief Executive Officer & CFO in OLP Financial Services Limited (Formerly ORIX Leasing Pakistan Limited) (OLPL). He joined OLPL in 1990 and has served the ORIX Group in various senior capacities in Pakistan and United Arab Emirates. Mr. Alfrey is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Pakistan and has attended a number of leadership and management training courses in Pakistan and abroad.

Mian Faysal Riaz has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors in May 2020. He is currently serving as Chief Operating Officer in OLP Financial Services Pakistan Limited (Formerly ORIX Leasing Pakistan Limited) (OLPL). Having thirty (30) years of diverse experience, having worked in all front line revenue generating business segments of the leasing industry which include Corporate, Commercial Vehicle Division, Auto Lease/Financing, Operating and Micro Finance.  Mr. Riaz has served in various capacities at OLPL’s including postings as Zonal Head and Country Head Marketing. Mr. Riaz has attended various seminars and courses in Pakistan and abroad to enhance his professional abilities, these include High Impact Leadership Program and Building a Brighter Future which was held under ORIX Corporation’s Global Leaders programme Japan.

Has over 41 years of leadership experience in investment banking, development finance, leasing, capital markets, and real estate development. He has held senior leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer and Consultant, across leading financial and corporate institutions. Throughout his career, Mr. Kamal has successfully led large-scale investment and development projects, driven strategic growth initiatives, and strengthened corporate governance frameworks. He holds an MBA and a Post Graduate Diploma in System Analysis & Design from IBA Karachi and brings extensive expertise in investment management, financial services, and strategic planning.

Mr. Yacoob Suttar is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP). He possesses over four decades of diverse leadership experience in finance, corporate governance, energy, and strategic management. During his distinguished career, he served as Deputy Managing Director Finance & CFO of Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO), Managing Director & CEO of Asia Petroleum Limited, and held senior leadership positions with Engro and other leading organizations. Mr. Suttar is currently serving on the boards and audit committees of various listed companies and NGO’s like Indus Hospital and Karwan e Hayat He was the President of ICAP and also a board member of IFAC, bringing extensive expertise in finance, governance, risk management, and corporate strategy.

Ms. Nosheen Iqbal is an experienced credit risk professional with over 20 years of expertise in credit risk assessment, portfolio management, and regulatory compliance within Pakistan’s banking and financial services sector. Throughout her career, she has held key positions with OLP Financial Services Pakistan Limited, NIB Bank Limited, Emirates Global Islamic Bank Limited, and ORIX Leasing Pakistan Limited. She holds an MBA in Finance and has completed various professional development programs, including Board Effectiveness Training at LUMS and the Global Training Program at ORIX Corporation, Japan. Her expertise in credit risk management and corporate governance enables her to contribute valuable insights at the Board level.
