Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has imposed an on-going staff training session on Anti Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) regulations. This Training program should be part of Internal Policies, Procedures and Controls.
OLP Modaraba (formerly ORIX Modaraba) ensures that quarterly In-house training sessions are mandatory for all staff members to attend. Compliance training is employee training mandated by legislation, regulation or policy. It educates employees on the laws or regulations applicable to their job function or industry. These laws are predominantly in place to maintain the safety of the workplace and the dignity of the employee.
