    1. The applicable profit rates and the facility's repricing shall be in line with the Terms & Conditions.
    2. The early purchase or termination charges for this financing are mentioned in the Summary of Terms & Conditions.
    3. That all the Terms & Conditions will be in addition to the financing agreements.
    4. My financing application will not be processed till OLP Modaraba receives all the relevant information, documents , fee, and charges.
    5. OLPM reserves the right to call back the stated facility in the event that the facility is utilized for a purpose other than the purpose stated above.
    6. OLPM’s Relationship Manager is not in a position to advise the Finance amount which will be determined after assessing eligibility and value of asset.
    7. I understand that OLPM also possesses the right to approve or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
    8. All other fees/ charges, if any, will be applicable as mentioned in the Schedule of Charges that are issued by OLPM from time to time.
